Furnished living, run like a service
Domus Apartments DK ApS owns and manages 145 furnished apartments in Copenhagen. We rent whole homes — never rooms, never shared apartments — to people who need somewhere proper to live for a few weeks, a year, or indefinitely.
Most of our tenants arrive through someone whose job is to get housing right: relocation consultants placing an expat family, an HR team moving a specialist to Denmark, or a claims handler rehousing a household after water damage. Those partners come back because the apartment is what we said it was, the dates hold, and the invoicing is clean.
The rest find us themselves — international professionals who have discovered that the Copenhagen rental market is difficult to enter from abroad. For them, Domus is often the bridge: a real home from day one while they look for something permanent. A large share simply stay.
We keep everything in-house and local: our own portfolio, our own furnishing standard, our own cleaning teams, and one English-speaking team in Copenhagen answering the phone.

We list what is genuinely free. If it is taken, we say so and offer the nearest alternative.
