Booking and house rules
One month to two years
Choose your own move-in and move-out dates. The lease ends on the move-out date.
One month's deposit
No prepaid rent. Before move-in you pay the deposit and the rent from your move-in day to the end of that month. The deposit is returned within 30 days of the move-out inspection.
Sign online
You sign the Danish lease (A10) with an English Guest Agreement when you book. It becomes binding when Domus countersigns after the payment has been registered.
Bank transfer within 3 business days
We hold the apartment for you for three business days while the first payment arrives.
Cancellation
14 days or more before move-in: full refund. Less than 14 days: the deposit is refunded and one month's rent is charged.
One month's notice
Leave before your end date with one month's notice at any time, e.g. notice on 10 November means out by 9 December.
Check-in 16:00, check-out 11:00
The door code arrives on move-in day at 16:00, once the payment is registered, the lease is countersigned and your ID has been seen.
Smoke-free
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment. Smoking means extra cleaning of 2.750 DKK.
Fixed fees
Final cleaning 3.500 DKK at move-out. A lost key or lock-out costs 1.400 DKK.
No pets
Pets are not allowed in Domus apartments.
